Bio: Adam is the Principal Member of Kohler Group, LLC and
has over 14 years of experience in retail real estate, specializing in tenant
representation, site selection/multi-property land assemblages and landlord representation.
His core business belief is to provide focused, dependable, ethical service that,
in turn, creates long-standing relationships and repeat business with many clients
and contacts.
Recently, he has provided site selection services for Wal-Mart,
Sam's Club, Lowe's Home Improvement, Dick's Sporting Goods, Wendy's, AutoZone,
the Faulkner Organization, Rag Shops and the American Red Cross.
A graduate
of the University of Delaware, Adam received the 1988 Philadelphia Commercial
Real Estate Rookie of the Year Award. A member of the International Council of
Shopping Centers, Adam has been involved in fund-raising and is very active in
his community's childrens' athletic programs.

Bio: Jon
joined Kohler Group at its inception in February 2000. Jon specializes in landlord
representation, tenant representation and property disposition. He has provided
tenant representation and/or disposition services for Wal-Mart, Sam's Club, AutoZone,
Wendy's, Joyce Leslie, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Kentucky Fried Chicken, among others.
Prior
to his career in Real Estate, Jon was the Vice-president of a 16 store retail
operation. He is a graduate of the George Washington University with a Bachelors
degree in Accounting.

Adrienne has 13 years
experience providing customer service and information retrieval services for her
clients. She received her undergraduate degree from Temple University. While working
at Kohler Group, Adrienne is responsible for database maintenance, brochure publication
and direct mail marketing.
