This analysis assists the client in determining which specific locations, how many locations and the anticipated timeframe it will require to properly penetrate an entire market. Very importantly, our local knowledge enables us to understand community and neighborhood areas as well as larger regional areas.
Information utilized and provided include demographics, color aerial photography, mapping and traffic counts. Additionally, our market knowledge, such as real estate values (land values, leasing values, etc.), locations of competitors and understanding the approval and permitting processes is vital to successfully opening stores.
Tenant Representation: We are performing tenant representation and site selection services for companies including Wal-Mart, Dick's Sporting Goods, AutoZone, Wendy's and the American Red Cross, as well as franchises and local retailers.
Landlord Representation: We represent property owners ranging from 300,000+ square foot power centers to free-standing buildings. Additionally, our representation includes disposition of retailer surplus properties. As part of our landlord representation, we also offer property management services.
